In June 2026, the Group invested US$5.1m for a 17.9% preferred capital interest in Autonomy Investment Partners LLC (“Autonomy”), a newly formed investment vehicle established in partnership with the senior management team of XPT Group LLC and BharCap Partners LLC.
Autonomy provides minority investment capital to independent US insurance distribution businesses seeking growth, combining capital, infrastructure and sector expertise while allowing founders and management teams to retain operational control. Its inaugural investment was a minority stake in XPT, aligning the interests of management and investors from inception.
