In July 2019 the Group subscribed for a 36% stake in Agri Services Company PTY Limited, which in turn acquired 100% of the equity in Ag Guard PTY Limited (“Ag Guard”).
Ag Guard is an underwriting agency, which provides insurance to the Agricultural Sector, based in Sydney, Australia.
