B. P. Marsh has a well-established management team with considerable experience both in the financial services sector and in buying, building and selling businesses. We place great importance on forming strong relationships with the businesses we partner and use our expertise and experience to help management teams achieve their growth objectives.

Whilst we insist on appointing a non-executive director to the board of all companies in which we invest, we do not seek to be involved in the day to day running of your business. Our objectives are to support management and assist with formulating and implementing strategy, operations and financing to maximise shareholder value.

We do not take security over personal assets and we do not insist on exit clauses to force through a sale of your business. Instead we prefer to work alongside management to identify the optimum time for a sale and exit route which is often by way of trade sale or an IPO.
