Paterson Squared was founded in 2008 as an independent firm consisting of reinsurance advisors and arrangers and consulting actuaries that specialises in designing and arranging bespoke and complex risk transfer transactions. The team combine their broking and actuarial experience to provide reinsurance product design, pricing and execution, stochastic risk modelling, loss reserving and premium rating. Originally part of Paterson Martin Limited, Paterson Squared represents the coming together of innovative insurance specialists within a client focussed business model to provide both the flexibility and the resources necessary to offer innovative solutions to complex problems.
