US Risk UK
On 22 July 2010 we completed an investment in US Risk (UK) Ltd, the parent company of Oxford Insurance Brokers Ltd, a London-based Lloyd's insurance and reinsurance broker, and James Hampden International Insurance Brokers Ltd, a specialist international reinsurance and insurance broking company. We acquired a 30% stake for a cash consideration of £1.39m, together with an agreement to provide additional funding up to £1.95m, subject to conditions.
