OUR FOCUS
We specialise in providing venture and development capital to financial services businesses with ambitious and capable management teams in return for minority equity positions. We typically invest amounts of up to £2.5 million and will consider investing in start-ups, management buy-outs, hive-offs as well as providing acquisition or development capital.

We will consider investment opportunities based in the United Kingdom, Europe, North America and occasionally elsewhere.Some examples of the types of financial services businesses that we are interested in investing in are follows:
- Insurance intermediaries
- Asset managers
- Independent financial advisors
- Professional consultants

We will not invest in insurance companies or businesses exposed to principle risk. Whilst we are able to provide debt funding this is always in addition to, and not instead of, an equity investment.
